Book Blogger Test Tag

Hello, bookworms! How's your summer break coming along? Mine has been dull and busy at the same time, but more about that at another time. Also, I'd like to take this opportunity to thank every single one of you who signed up for the readathon! It was much more than I imagined, and fret not, I will be sending each and everyone of you an email reminding you of the readathon prior to the event.

I was tagged by the lovely Winnie over on Lemonade Reads, so thank you, love! Let's get right on with it.

1. What are your top three book pet peeves?

I can't stand protagonists who:
a. Don't have a back bone
b. Is too dependant to her love interest
c. Is too selfless to the point that their actions come out as reckless than smart.

2. Describe your perfect reading spot.

I love reading in the morning because of its natural lighting, so I always keep my curtains open. Next, I make sure my aircon is not too high, because if I want to sweat, I'd work out. If my room's too cold, however, my solution is to snuggle with my blanket. I'd fluff up all my pillows on my bed, make myself comfortable, make sure no music or sound is playing, and open that book.

3. Tell us 3 book confessions.

If I can't stand the first few pages of a book, I put it down, and probably never give it a chance again.

I loved the Twilight series, and I'm not ashamed of that fact. I wasn't a huge fan of New Moon, though. A bit too draggy for me.

I am not a big fan of Four - Tobias.
Nope.

4. How many books are on your bedside table?

None. I have my Kindle, though. Does that count?

5. What is your favourite snack whilst you are reading?

Nuts, or anything that doesn't make my fingers:
a. Greasy
b. Sticky
c. Wet

Don't go there.

6. Name 3 books you would recommend to anyone.

The Giver by Lois Lowry
Easy to read, great message.

Between Shades of Gray by Ruta Sepetys
Not too hard to read, important message.

Harry Potter Series
This does not need any convincing now does it?

7. Show your favourite bookshelf on your bookcase.

It's messy, and I think that captures me pretty well.

8. Write how much books mean to you in just three words.

A whole lot.

9. What is your biggest reading secret?

I did not like The Darkest Minds, or at least abandoned (& sold) it after 10 pages of it.

*flees*

I hope you guys liked this tag. If you did, feel free to post your own responses, and say I tagged you! Leave me your links in the comments so I can check your answers out.

As always, happy reading.

  1. It's important to remember that when you're testing and tagging a laptop, you're basically doing it in two parts.
It includes testing both the IEC lead and laptop charger, with each one receiving its own test tag. The laptop itself...
